From its inception as Deloury Construction Company, this division specializes in excavation and total site work and is able to handle from the basic to the more challenging and complex projects.

Deloury Construction performs earthwork services that make the difference from conception to completion including, but not limited to, site preparation and development, roadway construction, underground utilities, general excavation and demolition projects within both the private and public sectors.

Site Development

Commercial, industrial and municipal site preparation and development services provide a turnkey operation, while offering to the client the experience and value engineering that the Deloury Construction team possesses.

Roadway Construction

With over 40 years of experience, Deloury Construction has and can perform the most difficult and challenging roadway construction projects. Our forward thinking and value engineering can provide various options within the conception phases of these projects.

Utility Work

Deloury Construction has completed numerous water main and sewer main projects. Our diversified fleet of equipment allows us to tackle the most challenging conditions. We have performed the installation of deep sewer pump stations with mains to depths greater than 24 feet with numerous dewatering and shoring systems.

Demolition and Disposal Services

In conjunction with Agretech Corp (our concrete recycling facility), Deloury Construction can efficiently and productively handle the largest building demolition.
