David E. Deloury,
President and CEO
As a second generation Deloury managing the business, David Deloury has over 30 years experience in the
construction business and has become established as a leader within the industry. He has built the business
off of the work ethic that was established in the early 1960’s by father John "Eddie" Deloury.
Since 1999 when David became owner and CEO, the company has grown substantially, expanding the scope and
size of its construction projects. Its diversified portfolio included significant projects in commercial,
residential, civil, and utility work, as well as, a number of real estate development projects. He has guided
the growth of the company’s core competency in the disciplines of excavation in addition to establishing
subsidiaries in the aggregate and waste recycling industries. He is now leveraging its national network to
diversify and expand the business within the industry and into other strategic related areas.
In 2007, David founded Africa's Thirst Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to provide
the most basic of needs, "Clean Drinking Water", to those in Africa and beyond. Deloury is a member of the
CMRA (Construction Materials Recycling Association) and attends the annual conference in supporting the
construction recycling industry. He is also a member of the local chapter of the Chamber of Commerce and the
U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
David received a BS in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Northeastern University
in 1986. He remains in continuous education through various seminars, workshops, and industry conferences.
David has been very active in assisting and coaching youth sports, having four children who all participate
in various sports. He is patched to level 3 coaching in USA Hockey and has coached for numerous years. He
has also been active in coaching little league baseball and youth football. David also plays on an HNA
(Hockey North America) competitive adult hockey team and has competed in 3 national tournaments and won
the 2008 National Championship.
David is married to Christine and they have four children: Shane, Andrew, Brianna, and Trey. They reside in
Andover, Massachusetts, of which David is a lifelong resident.

William B. Kolek, Jr, Chief Financial Officer
William (Bill) Kolek has been the CFO for Deloury Industries since 2000. He began his relationship with
the company in 1998 as a business consultant and was tasked with supporting the company president in
organizing the management and business infrastructure of the company. Since that time, he has been
instrumental in the continuing growth of Deloury Industries with significant involvement in all aspects
of the company's operations.
Bill was the President of Kolek Management Services, a business consulting company specializing in
servicing start-up and distressed businesses, from its founding in 1993 until 2008, at which time he decided
to devote his full attention to Deloury Industries. KMS had significant clients in construction, consumer
services, manufacturing, distribution and non-profit, ranging in size from $300,000 to $12M.
Prior to starting KMS, Bill was Chief Financial Officer (1985-1993) of a $15M women’s fashion
accessory manufacturing and distribution company. He also was the Corporate Controller (1971-1984)
of a $900M manufacturer, distributor and retailer of children's clothing.

Dustin White,
General Manager, Agretech Corp.
Agretech Corp., located in Dracut Massachusetts, is an integrated material supply resource for the
construction industry, as well as one of the largest fully permitted ABC recycling companies in New England.
In his capacity as General Manager, Dustin is responsible for the overall operation of Agretech Corp.,
including administration, operations and sales. Over the past 11 years, he has been instrumental in spinning
off the recycling business of Deloury Construction and growing it into its current operation. He has also
enlarged and modernized the material recycling and storage facility to meet all state and local permitting
requirements. Through his efforts, integrity and commitment, Dustin has established a solid relationship with
his customers, vendors and employees, which will be the basis for the continued growth of the company.
Prior to joining Deloury Industries, Dustin was a Technical Coordinator for the lead construction management
company on the Boston Central Artery / Tunnel Project.
Dustin earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology
and completed two years at Worcester State College majoring in Business Administration.

Christopher W. Ryder,
Senior Project Mgr. / Senior Estimator, Deloury Construction Co.
Christopher Ryder is the Senior Project Manager at Deloury Construction Company. Chris is responsible
for managing all aspects of ongoing projects. He works closely with the customer and their engineering team
to insure that the project is completed on time and under budget. His oversight of productivity, efficiency,
resource allocation and "out of the box thinking" on the project has led to the best measure of success –
Repeat Client Projects.
As Chief Estimator, Chris is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bidding process. Utilizing
his 15 years of experience in the field and as an Estimator and Project Manager, he provides oversight during
the complete bidding process. By identifying efficiencies and by adding value engineering, Deloury Construction
Company bids are the most complete and competitive bids possible. Chris's experience with both hard bids and
negotiated bids allows Deloury to compete in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to his current position at Deloury, Christopher was Project Engineer/Project Manager/Estimator for
a large utility contractor performing large scale water and sewer projects within the Commonwealth. He also
has significant experience as a Project Engineer on numerous waste water treatment facilities throughout New
England, as a Field Engineer on the Nashua Airport expansion, and various roadway and site construction projects.
Christopher attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil
Engineering and Wentworth Institute of Technology in Construction Management.

Marcy Davala,
Office / Human Resource Mgr, Deloury Industries
Marcy has been employed by Deloury Industries for over 10 years in the capacity of Office Manager. If you
have called or visited our Andover office, you probably have met or spoken to her. Her responsibilities include
the day to day administrative support for the three divisions of Deloury Industries. Those duties includes
payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, equipment registrations and the preparation of various
internal reports. Her Human Resource responsibilities include the maintaining of employee files, processing
new hires, administering the employee benefit plans and filing all insurance and workers compensation claims
for the three divisions. In addition, she is responsible for scheduling the delivery and pick-up of our
roll-off containers.
Marcy has been in the office administration field for 26 years. Prior to her coming to Deloury, she assisted
in the establishment of a satellite office in New Hampshire for a Cambridge, MA environmental company which
provided construction administration, on-site inspections and property conditions surveys for various lenders
in NH and MA.

Eric Deloury,
Operations Coordinator, Agretech Corp.
Eric has been employed with Agretech Corp for the past 14 years. His responsibilities include the c
oordination and placement of all incoming materials that is received for recycling, as well as, the loading
of all outgoing material from the facility. He is also responsible for insuring that all paperwork documenting
these transactions is accurate and timely. Additionally Eric’s responsibilities include the maintenance of
the material stockpiles and the facility haul roads.
Eric is a graduate of Northeastern University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Tom Maimone,
Project Manager, Deloury Construction Co.
Tom is a Project Manager at Deloury Construction Company. As a Project Manager his responsibilities include
the day to day management and coordination of all projects assigned to him. He is responsible for ensuring that
each of these projects is completed by the scheduled completion date and that they are under budget. Tom is a
very detailed oriented construction professional who firmly believes that efficiency is achieved through
documentation.
Tom is also vital to the company transitioning into an estimating role as business demands required.
Utilizing his extensive experience, Tom can perform takeoffs, solicit pricing from vendors and prepare
estimates which are cost effective for Deloury Construction Co., as well as, our clients.
Prior to his current position at Deloury Construction Co., Tom worked as an Assistant Project Manager /
Estimator for various large heavy highway and commercial contractors throughout Massachusetts and Virginia.
He started learning the business as a teenager by assisting his dad with laying pipe and then training as
a full-time estimator. Since that time, he has had the opportunity to work along-side some very experienced
construction professionals adding to his knowledge of the construction industry.

Scott Pearson,
Operations Manager, DW Leasing Corp.
For the past 3 years, Scott Pearson has served as Operations Manager of DW Leasing Corp., the equipment
arm of Deloury Industries. In this position, Scott is responsible for maintenance of over $3M of equipment
including vehicles, heavy construction equipment and crushing plant equipment. As the manager of our equipment
resources, Scott is responsible for the day to day operational support of our construction and material
processing units.
Scott has been involved in the construction, demolition, waste management and recycling fields for the
past 30 years. He has extensive experience in opening new recycling facilities and in the operations of
existing transfer stations.

Michael Todd,
Estimator / Assistant Project Mgr., Deloury Construction Co.
Michael Todd is the Estimator and Assistant Project Manager for Deloury Construction. His responsibilities
include performing takeoffs, soliciting pricing for the preparation of the bid and analyzing site cuts and
fills for the project. He is also responsible for value engineering the project and identifying any cost
saving measures.
For the past three years, Mike has assisted in the estimating of future projects and has recently moved
into the Estimator’s position with Deloury Construction. He has 12 years experience as a site superintendant,
with projects ranging from water and sewer treatment plant construction to commercial site work and roadway
construction. He has brought this knowledge and background into the office to assist in the coordination of
ongoing projects.
As Assistant Project Manager, Mike is responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors,
assigning labor and equipment resources, preparing payment requisitions and monitoring project completion
schedules.
Michael graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
