David E. Deloury, President
David Deloury began his career with Deloury Industries, and has consistently focused on building a
team of professionals that embraces and promotes a high standard for excellence in the company’s
services and products. Building upon a foundation of customer-oriented service, David is committed
to further expanding the Deloury Industries through leveraging of their diverse services.
In addition to his managerial skills, David has his hydraulics license, and he is an experienced
loader, dozer, excavator, backhoe operator.
David received a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He is married, with
four children, and spends weekends at youth athletic events. David is an active member of New
England Bible Church in Andover, Massachusetts.

Dustin White, Vice President - Sales
Dustin White is Vice President and part owner of Deloury Construction, and oversees the Agretech
Materials and Disposal division. Prior to joining Deloury Industries, Dustin worked as a Technical
coordinator for Parsons Brinckerhoff, New York, NY on the Central Artery/Tunnel Project.
He graduated with a BS in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute. Dustin enjoys working
out, fishing, sports, and spending time with his three kids.

Rick Conroy, General Manager, DW Leasing
Rick Conroy has been in business management for 25 years. He has demonstrated practical knowledge
in all phases of operational management including: production, fleet management, purchasing, facilities
management, inventory control, logistics, development of policy and procedures, quality control,
safety, team building, human resource profit and loss summary.
Before entering construction/demolition disposal and recycling industry, Rick was a Director of
Manufacturing Operations.

Christopher W. Ryder, Project Manager, Deloury Construction
Christopher Ryder brings a wealth of experience to his projects. He began work for a site
contractor at the age of 16, and once he completed college, he worked as a Field Engineer on the
Nashua Airport Expansion and various road way and site construction projects. Following this, he was
Project Engineer in water treatment.
Most recently, Christopher was Project Engineer/Project Manager/Estimator for an area utility
contract performing large scale water and sewer contracts within the Commonwealth, and then expanding
into the water treatment facility markets.
Christopher attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in Civil Engineering, and Wentworth
Institute of Technology in Construction Management.

William B. Kolek, Jr, Chief Financial Officer
William (Bill) Kolek, the interim CFO of Deloury Industries, has served as President of Kolek
Management Services from 1993 to present, providing small business consulting services, specializing
in start-up and distressed businesses. Clients in construction, screen printing, office design &
re-furbishing, commercial outdoor lighting, paint manufacturing, wall & floor tile retail, distribution,
physical fitness and non-profit ranging in size from $300,000 to $12 M.
Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer (1985 to 1993) of a $15 M Women’ fashion accessory
manufacturing and distribution company. Early in his career, Bill was the Corporate Controller
(1971 to 1984) of a $900 M manufacturer, distributor and retailer of children’s clothing.
